I’m frustrated(still)! I’ve been stalled on my weight loss for 10 days!! I’ve been working on getting in both my protein and my fluids, but it’s hard to do both. At this point I feel like I’ve wasted thousands of dollars to lose 12 lbs.
I know, I know, the stall will break eventually. I had hoped though that i would be a fast loser and be one of these women who lose 100 lbs in 6 months. I guess it’s not to be.
Went to the gym today and did 40 minutes of AquaZumba…it was different. Going to get up and swim laps tomorrow.
I can do this…I think.
